Shipping & Delivery Policy

Tradeio sells digital products only. There is no physical product and therefore no physical shipping or courier delivery. This page explains how your purchase reaches you.
1. Digital delivery
Every product on https://tradeio.in is a downloadable file (such as a PDF or EPUB e-book). After your payment is successfully completed, your product is delivered electronically in two ways:
- Instant download — a download link appears on the order confirmation page immediately after payment.
- Email delivery — the same download link is emailed to the address you provide at checkout.
2. Delivery time
Delivery is instant. In almost all cases the email arrives within a few minutes of payment. Please also check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
3. No shipping charges
As all products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping or handling charges. The price shown at checkout is the full amount you pay.
4. Didn’t receive your file?
If you completed a payment but did not receive your download, email support@tradeio.in with your order email address and we will resend your link promptly. See also our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
