Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when and how you can get a refund for products bought from Tradeio. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, please read this before purchasing.
1. Nature of our products
All products sold on https://tradeio.in are digital downloads (e-books and guides) delivered immediately after payment. Once a file has been delivered and downloaded, it cannot be โreturnedโ.
2. When you can get a refund
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Non-delivery โ you paid but did not receive the download link (and it is not in your spam/promotions folder).
- Corrupted or unreadable file โ the file will not open or is damaged, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- Duplicate payment โ you were charged more than once for the same order.
- Wrong product โ the file delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page.
3. When refunds are not available
Because the products are instant digital downloads, we generally cannot offer refunds simply for change of mind after the file has been successfully delivered and downloaded. We will, however, always try to help โ please contact us first.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@tradeio.in within 7 days of your purchase with your order email and a short description of the issue. We may ask for a screenshot to help us resolve it quickly.
5. Refund timelines
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5โ7 business days. The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or UPI provider.
6. Cancellations
As delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and the download has been issued. If a payment was made in error and the product has not been downloaded, contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.
